WEEKLY UPDATE — MAY 28, 2026
Putting skin in the game from last week’s research.
If you read my Russell Reconstitution piece from earlier last week, you know I spent time going through the 2026 preliminary additions list hunting for small-caps with real business momentum, not just index-inclusion lottery tickets. In the article I share my 10 scalers and the full details on how I filtered, evaluated and rationale behind why each company made the list
Earlier this week on Tuesday I acted on four of them … These are the new positions I started:
$KYTX @ $8.75
$RCAT @ $9.50
$ALM @ $19.27
$UMAC @ $17.10
The thesis is in the article, but the short version: forced institutional buying meets companies already growing into their valuations. Two of these positions have already blown up confirming my thesis around fundamentals and growth catalysts.
Other additional new positions this week on separate conviction:
$OUST @ $38.66 — the only US-aligned digital lidar platform at scale. NDAA Section 164 effectively shuts Chinese competitor Hesai out of federal procurement. Revenue up 49% YoY, 43% gross margins, $175M cash, zero debt. Clean story.
$LAC @ $5.02 — US critical minerals reshoring, government-backed, largest measured lithium resource in the world, and still priced pre-revenue. This one has USAR written all over it.
This week’s movers:
🟢 Top gainers: SIVEF +26% . UMC +16% · DRAM +15% · USAR +10% · EOSE +9%
🔴 Laggards: LWLG -7% · VG -6.5% · ETON -4%
I will be posting these every week — new positions, movers, and the thinking behind the moves. If you want to follow along, hit subscribe so you don't miss the next one.
This is education, not advice. Build your own thesis.
